A self-sustaining EGGosystem

A governance contract will be given ownership to the Staking and Marketplace contracts when everything is completed and operational. Voting power will be accumulated over time by staking EGGs, and votes can be taken to change aspects of the Staking and Marketplace contracts like fees and minimum reserves.
